Jeremy Doku of Manchester City and Bukayo Saka of Arsenal were the two players chosen by Manchester United great Rio Ferdinand.
The extraordinary level of Saka was acknowledged by Ferdinand, but he decided he preferred to observe Doku in action.
So far this season, Saka and Doku have both been sensational for their clubs.
Ferdinand reportedly told his YouTube channel’s viewers, “Form-wise, you have to go with Doku.” These comments were made public by TBR Football.
“He is forming new teams. Saka was remarkably quiet for the most part against Brentford, although he was instrumental in two occasions that ended in goals (one of which was disallowed by VAR) and an assist.
Now he doesn’t have to physically harm others. Allow him a little too much room; he’s putting folks on a six-pence. Saka’s absolute peak.
“But Doku, I am currently paying more attention to Doku than any winger in the league.”
