Daniella Semaan, the wife of former Barcelona footballer Cesc Fabregas, has rejected a Brazilian newspaper rumor that Lionel Messi cheated on Antonella Roccuzzo.
On Friday, Brazilian source Direto Do Miolo reported to X that Messi and Roccuzzo’s 15-year relationship was experiencing its “biggest crisis” to yet.
They claimed that the eight-time Ballon d’Or winner was involved in an affair with Argentine journalist Sofia Martinez.
Their marriage, according to the article, is on the edge of failing.
Semaan, who frequently vacations with Messi’s family, has come out to deny the speculation.
In response to an Instagram post, she wrote, “What publication is this that has no meaning… and has nothing right?”
Messi and Roccuzzo married in 2017 and have three children.
