Declan Rice of Arsenal has been named the most impactful player in the Premier League this season by Liverpool great Jamie Carragher.

According to Keane, Roy Keane, a legend of Manchester United, is reminiscent of Rice.

You may remember that in the summer, Arsenal paid West Ham £105 million to transfer Rice to them.

.

So far this season, the England international has been an asset for Mikel Arteta’s squad.

He scored the winning goals in the last moments of matches against Chelsea, Manchester United, and Luton Town.

“Arsenal got a steal in Declan Rice for £105 million,” Carragher wrote in his Telegraph column.

When Alan Shearer joined Newcastle United in 1996 and Roy Keane joined Manchester United in 1993 for a British record amount, I felt the same way about both players. Now I feel the same way about Rice.

.

His impact on the Premier League this season has been unparalleled, and he always brings to mind Keane whenever I see him play.

“His passing ability is greatly underappreciated, and he possesses that same charisma.”
