New appointments made by Tinubu in NCP

With President Bola Tinubu’s blessing, four new private sector representatives have been appointed to the National Council on Privatization (NCP).

Oluwole Osin represents the South-West, Mohammed Mustapha Bintube the North-East, Olayiwola Yahaya the North-Central, and Akwa Effion Okon the South-South. The four new members are introduced by these different individuals.

Head of the Presidential Office for Media and Publicity Chief Ajuri Ngelale made the announcement public on Thursday.

In a rousing speech, Tinubu tasked the newly elected members of the Council with using their extensive backgrounds in the private sector to optimize the return on investment (ROI) for the Nigerian people.

Meanwhile, Tinubu has just given the go-ahead for Heineken Lokpobiri, who is the minister of state for petroleum resources, to head the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB).

In addition to Lokpobiri, the following Nigerians have been appointed to the Board: Eric Omatsola Ogbe (Executive Secretary), Oritsemyiwa Eyesan (Member / EVP Upstream, NNPCL), Gbenga Komolafe (Member / CEO, NUPRC), Bekearedebo Augusta Warrens (Member), Nicolas Odinuwe (Member), Raphael Samuel (Member), Sadiq Abubakar (Member), and Olorundare Sunday Thomas (Member).
