Alex Iwobi, a midfielder for Fulham, has been selected for the Premier League Team of the Week.
This is the first time this season that a Nigerian has been named to the team.
In midweek, Fulham thrashed Nottingham Forest 5-0 at the Vicarage Road, with Iwobi scoring twice.
The 27-year-old put Marco Silva’s team ahead just before the hour.
The fourth goal came in the 76th minute from Iwobi.
This season, the ex-Arsenal player has made 11 league appearances for the Cottagers, scoring three goals.
Another Fulham player, Raul Jimenez, was also named to the squad.
There were three Liverpool players on the roster: Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahim Konate, and Trent Alexander-Arnold.
