With the Stephen Young Global Leaders Scholarship, international students can study for a master’s degree at the University of Strathclyde in the United Kingdom with full sponsorship.
Successful applicants will receive funds for the scholarship from a £50 million grant obtained from notable university graduates.
Professor Stephen Young, a former head of the marketing department and mentor to Dr. Huang, is honoured by the Stephen Young Global Leaders’ Scholarship Programme (SYGL).
Every year, the Charles Huang Foundation awards up to five scholarships to deserving Glasgow-based Strathclyde MBA students. SYGL seeks to cultivate talent and global leaders.

Eligibility Criteria
The Government Analytics Fellowship requires applicants to be in Washington DC between May 27 and June 7, have been nominated by their organizations, work in central government organizations, have prior statistics coursework, and be proficient in English.
Application Procedure
The following will be the method used to choose the scholarship recipients: A panel from the Strathclyde Business School will shortlist all submissions that are submitted online using a formal application form. A Selection Committee will next be constituted to review each application that made the short list. The Academic Director of the MBA programme at the Business School and other senior academic members will be on the Selection Committee, which will be led by the Executive Dean of the Business School or his/her nominee. The Selection Committee will use a simple majority to decide decisions. The University will make the ultimate decisions on selection; if a decision cannot be reached, the Chair will make the final decision. Recommendations will be shared with the Donor.
