A 17-year-old boy has been apprehended by the Adamawa State Police Command on suspicion of having sexual relations with an object.
This past Friday, the Command issued a press statement labeling the act as a ‘unnatural offence.’ They explained that the boy was apprehended after a complaint was filed by Esther Dimas, a resident of Viniklang, a residential community in Girei Local Government Area. Viniklang is located just 1.6km away from the Jimeta axis of Yola, the state capital.
The state’s police public relations officer, SP Suleiman Nguroje, issued a statement stating that the complainant had caught the adolescent offender in the act.
Police announced the arrest of 17-year-old Viniklang resident Lawali Mori, who was charged with having unauthorized carnal knowledge of a cock against the order of nature.
The suspect admitted to sexually assaulting the cock, but “he could not add reasons to why he did such a thing,” the document said.
According to the statement, CP Afolabi Babatola, the state’s commissioner of police, had ordered a covert probe into the incident.
